24-Hour Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
Your appointments mean the world to us as a small, two-person salon. They not only support our business but also ensure we can provide for ourselves and our families. To keep things running smoothly and serve all our clients effectively, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We understand that unexpected emergencies happen, and we're more than willing to accommodate you in such cases. However, frequent last-minute cancellations or 'no shows' will result in a cancellation fee outlined below:
Less than 24-hour notice: 50% charge of reserved appointment(s)
'NO SHOWS': 100% charge of service amount
As a courtesy, we send text and/or email reminders 24/48 hours before your appointment. Please make sure to keep track of your appointment times to avoid any confusion or missed appointments.
Late arrivals are understandable, and we'll do our best to adjust. However, to respect other clients' schedules, we allow a 10-minute grace period. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
